Our clients wanted a small additional space to be used as a dining room.
We prepared the plans and submitted to Building control, there was no need for planning permission as its permitted development.
A roof window was suggested and agreed to get more light into the room, more so because the room (kitchen) it was attaching to had little natural light and would only get darker with the addition of the extension.
The clients also added other projects , we renovated and replaced the bathroom and created a utility room.
