Design and build- We had to create a larger opening between the existing kitchen and dining room to create a better, accessible space for our clients needs, we arranged the structural calculations and building regulations application required, ripping out the old and sorting the structural work was the first thing as always. we got the new supporting steel beam into place and the kitchen was rewired and plumbing adjusted to accept the beautiful new kitchen, chosen from Magnet. through the entrance area we fitted a new front door, replaced the stair baluster with a nice new wooden spindle system for more light. we also plastered and fitted out the downstairs cloak, we suggested the ornate coving which adds a nice bit of character to the lovely new space. We completed the decoration and thank Wayne Greenwood for his brilliant finish on the new floor covering. It really is a nice looking example of what can be on with relatively little alteration or structural work! Its great knowing its working well for my clients needs!
